i n g r e d i e n t s (for the face):
- 1 tea spoon of sugar or 1 sugar cube
- 1 tea spoon of honey
mix these two ingredients well until it becomes a sort of paste.
tie up your hair in a tight bun and wear a hairband or bandana to protect the roots around your forehead. apply the paste softly massaging the face in circling movements, take your time and mind the area around your eyes. when you're done, wash off the paste with warm water, ph neutral soap (or baby soap) and rinse with cold water, the coldest you can bear.
the cold water closes the pores.
apply moisturizing cream for your skin type, voilá. you'll immediately see the result!
if your skin is sensitive, becomes easily reddish or/and is very pale, replace the sugar with fine oatmeal flakes.
you can do it once a week, once a month, when you feel your skin needs it or even when you're bored.
t i p: for the whole body, just make more paste.
