strawberry milk shake

deliciously healthy, perfect for summer.


i n g r e d i e n t s  (for 1 liter)

  • 500g of strawberries, cleaned and washed
  • cold milk, sugar and a mixer

p r e p a r a t i o n

reserve strawberries to decorate the straws like in the photo.
mix the strawberries with a little bit of milk, only after that add the rest of milk until it completes 1 liter in the mixer's cup, like this you can easily control how thick your milk shake should be. add six tea spoons of sugar, mix again. it's ready to serve.


you can make all sorts of milk shake using the following fruit (always for 1 liter)
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 big (or 4 small) avocados
  • 2 papayas
  • 500g of prunes (mind the seeds)
  • 500g of peaches
  • 500g of pears
or any other fleshy, creamy fruit.
please, don't maculate your milk shake with ice cream (specially not vanilla!), such milk shakes are the cheap chemical version. alone the fruit's consistence will give you a wonderfully creamy (and healthy) milk shake.
